These Gold Gym's Olympic Weight Plates are tough and durable, ready to take on some intense lifting sessions!

Sold in pairs for your convenience, these tri-grip weight plates are made from solid cast iron, covered in a strong black rubber that will last years in your home gym. 

Compatible with Olympic barbells, the 51mm centre hole is covered in a smooth steel that protects your barbell sleeves from wear and tear. 

The three outside handles make it extremely easy to move the plates on and off the bar, whilst also offering greater exercise variety. 

Some of our favourite isolation exercises we like to perform with Gold's Gym Olympic Rubber Weight Plates include overhead triceps extensions, upright rows, and hammer curls. 

Please note: these weight plates are not designed to be dropped.
