Designed and engineered from 50mm x 50mm box section the Home Gym Series Calisthenics Rack is a robust squat rack suitable for squatting, pressing and benching, with the added benefit of an inbuilt pull up bar - which can be set at optional heights. required J-Pegs can be purchased separately.
The single pull-up bar is great for pull-ups, bar dips and bar muscle-ups with the option of attaching gymnastic rings for ring dips and press ups.
